At the outset of each PR, print or interactive campaign, we assign a dedicated Project Manager to oversee your project from start to finish. We ask questions, listen to answers, and identify a game plan based on our research and analysis.
Once the project goals are set, the Creative Director joins the design team to conceptualize the initial brand, print design or website layout. From that collaboration emerges a Design Statement that outlines the “look and feel” of the project. We then work with you to review the plan, which guides us as we explore ideas, share thoughts and refine the approach until we’ve got it just right.
Once you have approved the concept and visual graphics, the Production Team brings the design to life on paper or digital medium. All elements of the project concept are brought together in the production phase where we execute the concept and refine it until we’re enthusiastic about the results.
Marketing is a fluid process, which is why your Project Manager will analyze the results of the final project to ensure its success. With regular follow-up, we are assured that the final deliverables meet your specifications and ultimately reach the original goal of the project.
