LAWSON KURTZ | MARKETING & WEB DEVELOPMENT

Lawson Kurtz combines his passion for research-driven approaches and cutting-edge web resources to provide The Jake Group’s clients with innovative and effective online marketing and social media solutions. Lawson has achieved expert qualifications from Google Inc. in the use of both Google Analytics and Google AdWords, with advanced expertise in pay-per-click advertising campaign analysis and reporting. Lawson is also well-versed in numerous web-programming languages, and serves as an active member of The Jake Group's web development team.

Prior to joining The Jake Group, Lawson founded and managed a Durham-based web development and social marketing firm that designed and implemented web strategies for non- and for-profit organizations such as Duke University, the Emily Krzyzewski Foundation and Rainbow Sandals.

In addition to his qualifications in web communications, Lawson is a certified emergency medical professional, and has worked as a clinical research coordinator with the Department of Surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC where he co-authored several research abstracts accepted for presentation at major national conferences.

Lawson received his B.S. in Neuroscience from Duke University.
